06/18/14  After receiving my fourth telemarketing call (and yes I’m on the do not call list) I realized that my anger at being disturbed increased exponentially with each call. Why, I asked myself, would I allow something so minor to cause so much distress? Instead of trying to find an answer, I thought of the poor souls who subjected themselves 100’s or 1000’s of time each day to angry people such as me. My anger was transformed into compassion.
